Perfect Eclairs comes from perfect piping! Join Chef Andi on how to make these Parisian Eclairs. He will pair the Eclairs with various types of fillings like Chocolate, Lemon and Rose. Participants will love this part, these Eclairs will be glazed and beautifully decorated.

Participant will learn:
  1. The proper method of making the roux batter
  2. Handling technique of piping the Eclairs
  3. Making the fillings
  4. Decorating the eclairs
Participant will get to learn how to make cream puff as a bonus from Chef Andi. Boxes will be provided to bring home your own creation.
